Strategic Grants are subject to evaluation through a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The objective is to foster the incorporation of Soft Skills in the workforce. The principal focuses are:
- Workshops for K-12 and College levels
- Research into innovative methods for evaluating soft skills training and its outcomes
- Internships and Externships aimed at augmenting career development
